Just a reminder that the SpinMaster Pitching and Catching School provides instruction for catchers,
not only pitchers. Matt Swift, who plays for the Oshawa Ravens in the Oshawa City and District
Fastball League, will head up the instruction for the catching sessions with his 26 years
of catching/playing experience. Also assisting Matt will be Pat Humphreys, who is a team-mate
of Matt's. Pat also plays Senior ball in the ISC Travel League for the Innerkip Eagles
and has spent several years in Australia and New Zealand playing winter ball on the
Senior level. Both these coaches will provide any perspective catcher with the valuable
tools required to be very successful for many years to come.
